Alarm suppression and alarm re-annunciation hold off period

It's possible to configure a Pipeline Monitor (PLM) record with both alarm suppression and alarm re-annunciation hold-off periods, both of which can suppress alarms. If either suppression mechanism is triggered, an alarm condition may be suppressed.
With alarm suppression, the system regenerates alarms after the time out period expires. However, if one or more alarm re-annunciation hold off periods are also defined, and alarms that would be suppressed due to an alarm re-annunciation hold off period are present, the system will not regenerate these alarms until the hold off period also expires.
The system re-annunciates alarms suppressed due to an alarm re-annunciation hold off period after the hold off period expires. However, if alarm suppression is in effect when a hold off period expires, the system continues to suppress the alarm until the alarm suppression period times out.
