Inhibit Action Sequence steps

It is possible to inhibit a single step associated with an Action Sequence without inhibiting an entire record in the process.

To inhibit an Action Sequence step

  1. Open the Action Sequence Step Summary window.

  2. Select the row header of your desired Action Sequence Step.

    The Action Sequence Step Control Panel dialog appears.

  3. Select the Step Inhibited checkbox.

    The step is inhibited.

    Note: If the Administrator has inhibited this step, you will not be able to re-enable the step from the Action Sequence Steps Control Panel dialog.
