Note: For information on overriding default configuration settings, see Modify configuration settings.

Global settings for AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids applications are set in the AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids configuration JSON file located at %DNAInstallRoot%\RealTime\config\Settings\LMS.RealTime.Json under the "LMS" > "DraInjector" section.

The settings from this file are installed as part of the AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids installation process, and changes are typically not required. If changes are made to this file, the RealTime service must be restarted for them to take effect.

The following table details the configuration elements.

Configuration Element

Description

LogFile

The name of the log file to which errors are generated when the debug level is defined as verbose. This value should be a valid file name.

Debug

A true/false value indicating if the DRA Injector should be operating in debug mode. When Debug is set to true, additional information will be printed to the DRA Injector log file.

CheckIn

A true/false value indicating whether or not DRA Injector should check into the RealTime service at startup.

CriticalProcess

A true/false value indicating whether or not the DRA Injector should check into RealTime as a critical process.

CheckinTimeout

An integer value indicating the maximum number of seconds between check-ins before the DRA Injector process is declared dead.

CheckinSleepInterval

An integer value indicating the number of seconds between each attempted check-in by DRA Injector.

StartupDelay

An integer value indicating the number of seconds that the primary processing loop of the DRA Injector will wait before beginning operations after the RealTime service has asserted as Hot.

CommandSendCheckDelay

An integer value indicating the number of seconds to delay when repeating a check for the success of the DRA Injector Shutdown command.

CommandTimeout

An integer value indicating the number of seconds over which to repeat the check of the DRA Injector Shutdown command before giving up.

ProcessInterval

An integer value indicating the number of seconds to delay between DRA Injector processing cycles.
