Understand rate record definition

The Virtual Flow Computer (VFC) application does not handle the configuration required to enable polling for the counter value and flow rate generated from a physical meter in the pipeline system. This configuration is done using the AVEVA Enterprise SCADA rate table. Before a virtualflowcomputer record is created, the rate record or record that will make the polled meter data available is created.
