Device volume checking

The delta volume for Meter, Linefill, and Tank devices can be verified to be within high and low limits. High and low limit checks can be enabled/disabled independently.
Volume Delta High Limit Check
When the Volume Delta High Limit Check is enabled, minutely volume deltas above the configured limit are deemed to be invalid. When this occurs, an event stating the delta is "invalid' is generated on the PLM record and the system will address this as a telemetry failure. For more information on how the system handles telemetry failures, see "Leak Detection Applications" in the AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids Controller Guide.
Volume Delta Low Limit Check
When the Volume Delta Low Limit Check is enabled, minutely volume deltas below the configured limit are deemed to be invalid. When this occurs, an event stating the increment is "invalid" is generated on the PLM record and the system will address this as a telemetry failure. For more information on how the system handles telemetry failures, see "Leak Detection Applications" in the AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids Controller Guide.
