Understand the Inhibited state of a Sequence Step

The Controller can put the Sequence Step into an Inhibited state by setting a Controller Inhibit flag. This is available from any non-processing state (that is, not in the Executing or Waiting state). This step will be skipped while in the Inhibited state. The Controller can move the Sequence Step to an Idle state by clearing the Inhibit flag.

The Administrator Inhibit flag will have the same effect.
