Remote ticketing: download A batch schedule to a field device

If the scheduling is performed by a field device, information about the scheduled pending tickets can be sent from RealTime to the field device ultimately responsible for the ticketing process.

To download a Batch Schedule

• From the Batch Transfer Control dialog, select Download Batch Schedule on the Batch Transfer Remote Ticketing Menu.
