To load a pipeline into the RealTime database (RTDB)
-
Navigate to the INTEL_NT directory.
-
Locate the BT file that you would like to load, taking note of the file name.
-
Open the Windows Command Prompt.
-
To load a pipeline into RealTime, enter the following in the Windows Command Prompt on a Hot RealTime server:
btc [-p<pipeline name>] [-r] [-a] [-d <debug level>] [-h]
Note: To view examples of proper formatting in the Windows Command Prompt, refer to the figures in Replace an existing pipeline.
Where <pipeline name> provides the name of the configuration file and the pipeline.
[-r] (optional) — replaces old records if they already exist. If records already exist and the [-r] flag is not present, no changes will be made and a fatal error will be reported.
[-a] (optional) — excludes andrade factor computation.
[-d <debug level>] (optional) — This will set the debug level. Selectable options include numbers 3 – 6. The debug level will help to define how detailed the error messages are, which are outlined in the table below. If you do not specify the debug level, the level of debug information will default to three.
The following tables details the Debug Log.
