The Advanced Logic Processor (ALP) application enables you to perform state aggregation, wherein the states of several different inputs are combined into a single, calculated state value. You can then use this state value as a permissive for either operational decisions or a trigger to initiate a subsequent process.
This functionality provides a means of evaluating inputs that may be connected to the pipeline without the need to define a connectivity model. As such, it also allows for the evaluation of inputs that are physically unrelated and which, therefore, share no connectivity.
