  1. For any Physical Valve that is polled via a status or multistate point and that requires state information to be maintained that is not available in the status or multistate table, a valve record is created. For more information, see Configure a Physical valve.

  2. The standard fields required for any AVEVA Enterprise SCADA table are set. For more information, see Configuring the Main Tab on the Valve Record. The standard fields are as following:

    • Name

    • Group

    • Dataset

    • Base Message
