Understand telemetry failures

Since tank records are updated by the Polling Engine, if an outage occurs, no update will occur except to indicate that the tank is stale. When communication returns, the tank is processed as normTanking Operations.

The Tanking application allows you to monitor tanks, and provides such information as level, indicated/gross standard volume, flow rate, time to fill and empty, volume to fill, volume to pump, and alarm conditions.
