Use the mouse wheel to zoom in or out of an Action Sequence Designer window.
To adjust the magnification of the Action Sequence Designer window

Open the Action Sequence Designer of interest.

Move the mouse pointer to the area of interest on the display.

Roll the wheel up to zoom in and down to zoom out of the display.
