Product components associated with each silo

The unique product components within each silo on a given computer from a single media must be upgraded together. If multiple products are installed on a given computer, all products on that computer need to be upgraded together.

The Shared silo is a special silo that allows for resources to be shared across multiple products. If there are multiple products installed on a given computer, the higher version of the Infrastructure Shared product component should be installed.

The following table outlines the product components that are installed into each silo.

Note: Only the highest-level product components are listed. Any product components dependent on the highest-level product component will automatically be installed.
