Understand ticket cloning validation

The following conditions uncovered via validation checks may prevent cloning of a ticket:

• The Batch Transfer is configured to enforce unique Batch IDs.

• The pending ticket is no longer in a pending state.

If any of the validation checks fail, the ticket will not be cloned and you will receive an error message.
