Understand flow measurement input

Flow measurement data is read by the active batch processor from the rate or tank tables or the Virtual Flow Computer (VFC) application tables. The batchXferSource table provides the information on which records are to be used. Using the plugin architecture provided by the software, other flow measurement sources can be used.
