Work with Rate Counter Validation fields for the Accumulator record

The Rate Counter Validation fields are optional. However, if these fields are not set (for example, if the Max Reasonable Flow Rate field is left at zero), no validation is done. The following table details the optional fields for the accumulator record.

Note: Except in rare cases, the counter polled from the field meters cannot reverse. Thus, the Volume Accumulation Mode field will remain set at Positive Only, and the Max Reasonable Reverse Flow Rate field will not be used.
