Understand the Inhibited state of an Action Sequence

The Controller can put the Action Sequence into an Inhibited state by setting a Controller Inhibit flag. This flag is available from any non-processing state (that is, not in the Executing, Pausing, or Paused state). No commands will be processed in this state. The Controller can move the Action Sequence to an Idle state by clearing the Inhibit flag.

The Administrator Inhibit flag will have the same effect.
