Convert values using the AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids Business Logic Tier (BLT)

If the AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids Tank Strapping Application Program Interface (API) is not available, then strapping conversions can be performed by executing a Business Logic Tier (BLT) on the RealTime BLT host. This is not recommended for most applications, as a runtime error will occur if the arguments of the BLT are modified in later releases.

Applications are also responsible for discovering and initializing their own connection to the correct BLT host that is hosting the appropriate AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids BLTs.

Note: Volume is returned in the volume units configured in the tank strapping table.
