Tickets that were scheduled externally are periodically uploaded to the system. When a new unaccepted batch schedule is available, a non-persistent alarm and event are generated, and they will be listed in the Alarm and Event Summaries. In addition, the New Batch Schedule column on the Batch Transfer Summary will change from No to Yes.
The tickets can then be accessed through the Batch Transfer Control window, when the Batch Transfer is set up to work with a flow computer. If there are pending tickets that need to be accepted, the Batch Schedule button will be available for selection.
To accept Pending Tickets ("Batch Schedules")
-
On the Batch Transfer Control Window, select Batch Schedule.

The View Batch Schedule Updates window opens.

-
Select the source of the pending ticket update from the Select Source dropdown list, if required.
-
After reviewing the scheduled tickets, select Accept Changes. After accepting the changes, the externally-provided schedule will become a pending ticket, at which point it can be edited. For more information about viewing and editing your pending tickets, see Work with pending tickets.
If an alarm was generated to indicate that there was a batch schedule available for download to the system, downloading the batch schedule will clear the alarm, and an event will be generated to indicate that the schedule was accepted. In addition, after the batch schedule is downloaded, the New Schedule indicator on the Batch Transfer Summary will change back to No for the associated batch transfer (batchXfer) record.
After the tickets are accepted, if the batch transfer associated with the remote ticket is not inhibited, a download to a remote device will be attempted. The following confirmation message appears.
