Configure the Main tab of the Drag Reducing Agent Line (DRALine) record

The Main tab of the Drag Reducing Agent Line (DRALine) record is used to define the basic details of the record.

To configure the Main tab of the DRALine record

1. Open the DRALine record. For more information on opening a DRALine record, see Open the Drag Reducing Agent Line (DRALine) record.

   The DRALine Row Edit dialog appears.

   

2. In the Name field, enter a name for your DRALine record.

3. Optional: In the Description field, enter a description for the DRALine record.

4. In the Group field, click (...) to select the associated group that the record belongs to. Groups are used to associate individual telemetry points with areas of responsibility. A group record provides a logical grouping of remotes and attached end-devices.

5. In the Dataset field, click (...) to select the name of the dataset you want to associate with this record. A dataset contains privileges assigned for each system and mode. Once a record is assigned to a dataset value, the dataset can only be changed to a value for which the system has a privilege record. A record’s dataset cannot be changed in such a way that the system can no longer access the record.

6. Optional: In the External Reference Code field, type the DRA Line code that maps into this DRALine record when importing DRA datasets using the DRA import Application Program Interface (API). 7. Optional: In the Display Order field, enter a value to customize the display order of the DRALine records.
