Create panel from an existing template

To create a panel from an existing template:

1. On the Hull Design tab, in the Create group, select the arrow icon below the Panel icon to display the sub menu.

2. Select Template to display the Templates window.

3. Select a template from the list of connected templates.

4. Select Accept to display the Panel from template window.

   

5. Enter the requested values, for example:

   1. For Toe Height enter 150.

   2. For Second limit Length enter 500.

   3. For Second Limit enter /MAINHULL.

      Alternatively, select Choose Model and then select the limit in the 3D View.

   4. For Justificationline enter CTOP.

6. After you enter all required values, select Create.

7. Dependent on the selected template, you are prompted to select the limits for the panel, for example:

   1. Select a panel to connect.

   2. Select a stiffener to connect.

   The application creates the bracket with the defined values between the selected panel and stiffener.
