Understand the marking properties

The Properties grid shows the attributes of the selected marking.
Specifies the side of the part on which the marking is created.
Side
Select the side of the part on which the marking is created:

Other side |
Creates the marking on the other side of the part. |
|
Both sides |
Creates the marking on both sides of the part. |
|
This side |
Creates the marking on this side of the part. |
Category
Select a category from the dropdown list. By default, no marking category is selected.
