Limit panel by component of another panel and by planes

Prerequisite

Create two panels without limit perpendicular to each other, for example:

Add a stiffener to one of the panels.

You can limit the panel using the component of the other panel and specified planes.

On the Hull Design tab in the Limit group, select Add.

In the 3D View, select the panel to be limited.

The application highlights the panel.

Press Down Arrow to display the available options.

Select Accept.

Select the limiting component of the other panel, the stiffener.

The application displays the limit caused by the stiffener (red line) and annotates the limit (Limit 1;STIFF 3 of ...)

Press Down Arrow to display the available options.

Select Plane.

Select the distance along the y axis.

Select the another distance along the y axis.

Press the Down Arrow to display the available options.

Select X.

Select a distance along the x axis.

The application displays the x axis as white, dashed line.

Press Down Arrow to display the available options.
-
Select Accept.
The application creates the panel defined by the selected limits.
