Create stiffener at intersection

Prerequisite

• Create stiffener at plane using grid.

  

You can create a stiffener using a specified plane and a specified intersection element to define its location.

1. On the Hull Design tab in the Create group, select the arrow icon below Stiffener to display the submenu.

2. In the submenu, select At Intersection.

3. In the 3D View, select the panel on which stiffener to be created.

4. Press Enter.

5. In the 3D View, select a stiffener of another panel, intersecting the selected panel.

6. Press Down-Arrow button.

7. Select Accept.

   The application creates the stiffener on the panel in-line to the intersecting stiffener.
