Defines the information used for part naming and part labels. For more information, see Part Naming and Part Label Definition.

Configuration Sets
Displays the available configuration sets. For Part Information Set, the following sets are provided by default:

-
Short
-
Label
You can create additional sets to meet your requirements..
Name
Specifies the name of the part information configuration set.
Description
Specifies the details of the part information configuration set.
Part information definitions table
Displays the available part information definitions.
To open the context menu, select a definition and right-click.

Add |
Adds a new definition. If you select Add, the Part Types selection becomes available. |

Remove |
Note: The Remove option is available only when you created a second definition. Removes an available definition. You cannot the remove the default definition. |
Part Types
Note: To enable the Part Types selection, right-click in the part information definitions table and select Add from the context menu.
Specifies the part types for which you want to configure the part information.

Available Types |
Displays the available part types. |

Selected Types |
Displays the selected part types. |
||

Add |
|
Adds a selected available part type to Selected Types. After you select one or more types, you can define expressions for part information. |

Remove |
Removes a selected part type from Selected Types and returns it to Available Types. |

Expression
Displays the expressions selected in the Expression Editor.
You can add fix text.
Expression Editor

|
Displays a list of part information expressions.
Select an expression to populate the entry box. |
