Modify Skewed Dimensions

You can modify the properties of skewed dimensions using the Properties window. Refer to Properties for further information.
You can modify the isometric/aligned skewed dimension vertices using the Vertex Editor window. Refer to Vertex Editor for further information.
You can modify the skewed dimension lines using the Child LDIMs window. Refer to Child Line Dimensions Editor for further information.

Many of the general and positional properties of SKWDIM elements are identical to LDIM element properties. Refer to the following for further information:

Define Dimension Line Terminators
Display type
Select By Style from the drop-down list to inherit the display type from the visual style.
Select Box to display skewed dimensions using a 3D box as placement for each of the dimension lines.
Work on the Triangle option is underway and will be available in a future release of AVEVA Unified Engineering.
Hatching type
Work on the Hatching type option is underway and will be available in a future release of AVEVA Unified Engineering.
Box / triangle line colour
Select By Style from the drop-down list to inherit the box frame color from the visual style.
Work on the Triangle option is underway and will be available in a future release of AVEVA Unified Engineering.
Select the colour from the drop-down list to define the colour of the box frame. Alternatively, enter an RGB color using the format R 100 G 200 B 255.
For example, select Colour 7 Blue to display a blue box frame.
Box / triangle line type
Select By Style from the drop-down list to inherit the box line type from the visual style.
Work on the Triangle option is underway and will be available in a future release of AVEVA Unified Engineering.
Select By Layer to from the drop-down list to inherit the box line type from the layer.
Select a line type from the drop-down list to define the box line type.
Line visibility
Select By Style from the drop-down list to inherit the line visibility from the visual style.
Select All from the drop-down list to display all dimension and projection lines.
Select Dimension line only from the drop-down list to display only dimension lines.
Select Projection line only from the drop-down list to display only projection lines.
