Understand the Hole Designation window

This window specifies a standard hole designation that defines the hole shape and dimensions.

Type selection

Specifies the hole type. The application predefines the hole types according to the hole standards. For more information, refer to Built-in Standard Holes in General Information for Marine.

When you select a hole type, the appropriate hole parameters appear in the Parameters section.

Parameters

Specifies the parameters of a selected hole.

When you change the hole parameters and select Apply, the result designation appears in the parent window.
