On the Tools tab, in the Design Reuse group, select Design Reuse.
The Design Reuse window opens:

-
Add items for export to the list. To do this:
-
Drag items from the Model Explorer into the list.
-
Select an item from the Model Explorer, Draw Explorer, 3D View, or from a search result, then select Add selected items to list
to add it to the list.
Note: Each selected element must be named. If an item is not named, the system displays the warning message: Item is unnamed, this may create a duplicate when importing.
-
-
(Optional) After adding an item to the export list, you can include any elements it references (based on topological relationships). To do this, select the item, then select Get referred items of selected items in list
. You can also right-click the item and select Get referred items... from the context menu.
The Referred items dialog opens.

-
Select the checkbox for items you want to exclude from the export list.
-
Select OK to add the selected items to the export list, or select Cancel to return to the export list.
You can repeat this process until no additional referenced items remain.
-
-
When the list is ready, select Export.
The Give Transfer Set Name window opens:

-
Select a folder location to store the Transfer Set.
-
Enter a name in the Transfer Set field.
-
Select OK.
The system gradually builds the Transfer Set by generating files (such as data definition files) for each element.
The system shows a progress bar and updates each item's status to indicate export success. Any errors appear in the Message column.
