Divide Panels

Prerequisite

Before you divide the panel, Create the panel by Main Hull and by Grid Plane.

To divide a panel

1. On the Hull Design tab, in the Modify group, select Divide to display the selection prompt.

   

2. Select the panel.

3. Press the Down Arrow.

4. Select Accept to display the Select dividing element prompt.

5. Press the Down Arrow.

6. Select Grid (along Z).

   

7. Enter a grid name, for example, LP26.

8. Press Enter to display the divider.

   

9. Press the Down Arrow.

10. Select Accept.

    The application divides the panel into two parts.
