Delete a TMR revision

Delete the current revision of a Technical Material Requisition (TMR). You cannot delete a TMR revision if the TMR is already transferred to a Request For Quote (RFQ) or a Purchase Order (PO).

Prerequisites

Before you begin, complete the following:

  • If the current TMR revision is issued, ensure you have the Can Delete Issued Revision or Full Access UI rights to the s50016 Technical Material Requisition screen.

  • If the current TMR revision is not issued, ensure you have the Write or Full Access UI rights to the s50016 Technical Material Requisition screen.

To delete a TMR revision

  1. Navigate to the s50016 Technical Material Requisition screen.

  2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  3. In the Technical Material Requisition Header grid, select a row.

  4. On the s50016 menu, in the Requisition Options group, from the Discard dropdown, select Delete Revision.

    A pop-up window appears.

  5. Select Yes, Delete Revision.

    The current revision of the TMR is deleted and the previous revision is reinstated.

    In the Technical Material Requisition Header grid, in the General tab, the Version and the Version Raised Date fields are updated.

  6. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
