Update a work item priority code

Update the ID and description of a work item priority code. The updates do not affect the functionality of the work item priority code in AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.

The predefined work item priority codes are:

  • Priority 1: The work item can result in the delay of a project. For example, a non-conformance related to safety can stop a shipment.

  • Priority 2: The work item can result in the delay of a process. For example, a non-conformance that prevents progression to the next stage, but does not stop the shipment.

  • Priority 3: The work item does not impact a project or a process.

You cannot add or delete a work item priority code.

  1. Navigate to the s61008 Work Item Priority Codes screen.

  2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  3. In the Priority Codes grid, select a row.

  4. Select the General tab and update the relevant details in the following fields:

    • Id: The unique ID of a work item priority code.

    • Description: The description of the work item priority code.

  5. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

    The work item priority code is updated.
