Unlock a piping MTO line

Unlock a piping Material Take-Off (MTO) line that is locked for updates.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, complete the following:

• For a piping MTO line, in the MTO Lines grid, in the General tab, ensure the MTO Locked for Updates checkbox is selected. For more information, see Lock a piping MTO line.

• Ensure you have the Allow Unlock Of Mto or Full Access UI rights to the s22041 Piping MTO screen. For more information on how to define UI access rights, see Assign UI rights to a user role.

To unlock a piping MTO line

1. Navigate to the s22040 Piping MTO screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the MTO Lines grid, select a row.

5. On the s22040 menu, in the Workflow group, from the Lock/Unlock dropdown, select Unlock.

   In the MTO Lines grid, in the General tab, the MTO Locked for Updates checkbox is cleared.

6. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
