Add a user to a user group

Add an authorized user defined in the s00003 Users screen to a user group. For more information on how to create a user, see Create a user profile.

You can add a user to multiple user groups.

  1. Navigate to the s00029 User Groups screen.

  2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  3. In the Groups grid, select a row.

  4. Select anywhere in the Users grid.

  5. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

    In the Users grid, a blank row is created.

  6. Select the General tab, from the User Id dropdown, select the ID of the required user.

  7. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s00029 Field descriptions.

  8. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

    The user is added to the user group.
