Print a label for an item

Print a label for an item in a stock holding. You can select the number of labels you want to print for an item.

  1. Navigate to the s60015 Look up Holding for Item screen.

  2. In the Current Material control block, perform the following:

    1. From the Material Category dropdown, select the ID of the required material category.

    2. From the Item Id dropdown, select the ID of an item.

  3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  4. In the Holding grid, select a row.

  5. On the s60015 menu, in the Print group, select Print Label.

    The d0175 Print Labels dialog appears.

  6. From the Printer dropdown, select a printer.

  7. To define the quantity of a label you want to print, perform one of the following:

    • To print one label, in the Default area, select Qty 1.

    • To manually define the quantity of a label, perform the following:

      1. In the Default area, select Qty empty.

      2. In the Print Label grid, select a row.

      3. In the Label Qty field, enter the quantity of the label.

    • Select Ok.

      The label is printed.
