Status |
Indicates the status of a project. If the Status checkbox is cleared, you cannot update any information for the suppliers. |

Template |
Indicates a project is a template project. A template project is a standard project that can help set up projects with the same method and structure as the template project. If the Template checkbox is selected, the project is not included in material status calculations or budget calculations. |

Name 1 |
The first name of a supplier approved for a project. The Name 1 field is automatically updated after you define the required supplier in the Supplier Id field. |

The second name of a supplier approved for a project. |

Supplier |
Indicates a contact is assigned as a supplier for a project. |
|
Supplier Status |
Indicates the status of a supplier. If the Supplier Status checkbox is selected, the supplier is available for use throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management. |

Forwarder |
Indicates a contact is assigned as a forwarder for a project. |
|
Forwarder Status |
Indicates the status of a forwarder. If the Forwarder Status checkbox is selected, the forwarder is available for use throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management. |

Subcontractor |
Indicates a contact is assigned as a subcontractor for a project. |
|
Subcontractor Status |
Indicates the status of a subcontractor. If the Subcontractor Status checkbox is selected, the subcontractor is available for use throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management. |

Temporary Supplier |
Indicates a supplier is a temporary supplier. You can assign a temporary supplier only to a request for quote. |
