Add a user to a sequence number format

After you add a user to a sequence number format, the project specific IDs are generated based on the user. To add a user, in the Numbering Sequence Formats grid, ensure the US checkbox is selected for the sequence number format.

1. Navigate to the s10022 Numbering Setup screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the required project ID.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Numbering Sequence Formats grid, select a row.

5. In the Positions grid, select the Users tab, and select anywhere in the Users grid.

6. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

   In the Users grid, a blank row is created.

7. Select the General tab, from the User Id dropdown, select the ID of the user.

8. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

   The user is added to the sequence number format.
