Return a TMR version

Return the latest issued version of a Technical Material Requisition (TMR) to the assigned technical handler. When you return the current TMR version, the previous version of the TMR is reinstated. After the technical handler updates and reissues the TMR, the updated TMR is visible in the s50017 Buyers Queue screen.
You cannot return a TMR version if the TMR items are transferred to a purchase order or a request for quote.

Navigate to the s50017 Buyers Queue screen.

In the Current Buyer control block, perform one of the following:

From the Authorised Buyer dropdown, select the ID of the required buyer.

From the Buyers Group dropdown, select the ID of the required buyers group.
Note: To display all the TMRs related to the selected buyer or the buyers group, select the Only Related checkbox.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

Select the TMR tab, in the TMR grid, select a row.

On the s50017 menu, in the TMR group, select Return TMR Version.
The d0364 Return TMR Revision dialog appears.

In the Comments field, enter the reason for returning the TMR version.

To send an email to the technical handler of the TMR, select the Send E-mail checkbox.

Select Return.
If the TMR has only one version, the TMR is removed from the TMR grid. However, if the TMR has multiple versions, then the current version of the TMR is removed and the previous version of the TMR is reinstated. For example, if you return the version 2 of a TMR, then version 1 is available in the TMR grid.
The assigned technical handler is notified about the return and the buyer's comments.
