Issue a contact list

When you issue a contact list, the contact list is available for use in the s50019 Request for Quote screen.

You cannot make changes to the issued version of a contact list. To update an issued contact list, ensure you create a new revision of the contact list. For more information, see Raise the revision of a contact list.

  1. Navigate to the s50053 Contact Lists screen.

  2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the required project ID.

  3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  4. In the Contact List grid, select a row.

  5. On the s50053 menu, in the Options group, from the Workflow dropdown, select Issue.

    The current version of the contact list is issued. The value in the Status field is updated to Ready and the value in the Ext Status field is updated to ISSUED.

  6. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
