Add a contact to a contact list

Before you add a contact to a contact list, ensure the current version of the contact list is not issued.

  1. Navigate to the s50053 Contact Lists screen.

  2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the required project ID.

  3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  4. In the Contacts List grid, select a row.

  5. Select anywhere in the Contacts grid.

  6. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

    In the Contacts grid, a blank row is created.

  7. Select the General tab, from the Contact Id dropdown, select the ID of the required contact.

    Note: To add multiple contacts to a contact list, repeat steps 6 and 7.

  8. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s50053 Field descriptions.

  9. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

    The contact is added to the contact list.
