View the history of a general MTO line

View information about the last approved version of a general Material Take-Off (MTO) line and the changes made to the items in the general MTO line.

1. Navigate to the s22041 General MTO screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the MTO Lines grid, select a row.

5. On the s22041 menu, in the View group, from the History dropdown, select MTO Version History.

   The d6215 MTO History dialog appears. The changes made to the selected general MTO line since the last revision are highlighted.

6. Select one of the following:

   • Show All: To view all the general MTO items related to the selected general MTO version.

   • Show Changes: To view only the general MTO items that were updated for the selected general MTO version.

7. To close the d6215 MTO History dialog, select Ok.
