Common fields in the screen

SI

Status Indicator: Indicates the status of a record related to validation errors, warnings, and updates.

Defined By

The ID of a user who created a record.

Defined At

The date and time when a record was created.

Updated By

The ID of a user who updated a record.

Updated At

The date and time when a record was updated.

Current Project control block

Field

Description

Project

The ID of a project related to a system breakdown structure.

Description

The description of a project related to a system breakdown structure.

Status

Indicates the status of a project. If the project is closed, you cannot update any information for a system breakdown structure.

Template

Indicates whether a project is a template project. A template project is a standard project that can help set up projects with the same method and structure as the template project. If the Template checkbox is selected, the project is not included in material status calculations or budget calculations.

Level Id

The unique ID of a level within a project.

Level Name

The name of a level within a project.

Description

The description of a level within a project.

Parent Level

The ID of a parent level related to a child level.

Systems grid

Field

Description

S

Status: Indicates the status of a system. If the S checkbox is selected, the system is available for use throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management. If the system is closed, you cannot allocate any cost to the system in the s50018 Purchase Order screen.

U

Update: Indicates you can update budget values for a system in the s10006 Project System Budget screen.

Id

System ID: The ID of a system.

Name

The name of a system.

Description

The description of a system.

Parent Level

The ID of a level related to a system.
