Common fields in the screen

Field

Defined By

The ID of a user who created a record.

Defined At

The date and time when a record was created.

Updated By

The ID of a user who updated a record.

Updated At

The date and time when a record was updated.

Site

The ID of a site where the items in a site MTO included in a material allocation run are delivered.

Site MTO

The ID of a site MTO related to a material allocation run.

Package

The ID of a material allocation package related to a material allocation run.

Allocation Status

Indicates the status of the allocation of items. The values are:

  • Fully Allocated

  • Partially Allocated

  • Previously Allocated

  • Not Allocated

  • Excluded

Available on Site

The ID of a site where the items in a site MTO included in a material allocation run are delivered.

Material Available At

The date by when an undelivered item related to a material allocation run is expected to be in stock.

Current Project control block

Project

The ID of a project related to a material allocation run.

Description

The description of a project related to a material allocation run.

Status

Indicates the status of a project. If the project is closed, you cannot update any information for the material allocation run.

Template

Indicates a project is a template project. A template project is a standard project that can help set up projects with the same method and structure as the template project. If the Template checkbox is selected, the project is not included in material status calculations or budget calculations.

Status Indicator: Indicates the status of a record related to validation errors, warnings, and updates.

Description

The description of a material allocation run.

Id

The ID of a material allocation run.

Allocation Method

The method used to allocate an item to a site Material Take-Off (MTO). The values are as follows:

  • Full Only: An item is allocated to a site MTO only if the entire required quantity is available.

  • Partial: An item is allocated to a site MTO based on the available quantity, even if the required quantity is more than the available quantity.

  • Full then Partial: An item is first allocated to a site MTO through the Full Only allocation method. The remaining items are then allocated to site MTOs through the Partial allocation method.

Process Type

The type of a process to determine whether a run is only a forecast simulation or a trigger for the reservation process in AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management. The values are as follows:

  • Forecast only: The result of the material allocation run is not saved in the form of reservations for a site MTO. However, you can get an overview of the items available for use.

  • Reserve on DRL: The result of the material allocation run is saved in the form of reservations for the site MTO. The allocated items are reserved in a Delivery Request List (DRL).

DRL Creation

The DRL creation method that determines how site MTO items are grouped into a DRL. The values are as follows:

  • Split by Package: A DRL is created for each material allocation package included in the material allocation run.

  • Split by Site: A DRL is created for each site where an item is reserved in a material allocation run.

  • Split by MTO: A DRL is created for each site MTO included in the material allocation run.

Subcontractor

The ID of a subcontractor who receives the items reserved during a material allocation run.

Run

The number of times a material allocation run is executed.

Started at

The date and time when the most recent material allocation run was started.

Finished at

The date and time when the most recent material allocation run was completed.

Existing Reservations

The method to determine whether existing reservations for the site MTO items are included in the material allocation run. The values are as follows:

  • Keep: Existing material reservations remain unchanged. The allocation run distributes items only to site MTOs for which items are not already reserved.

  • Release for items on Closed DRL: Items in DRLs where the value in the Status field is Closed are deleted. If all items in a DRL are removed, the entire DRL is deleted.

  • Release for items on Dispatched DRL to Warehouse: Items in DRLs where the value in the Status field is In Warehouse Dispatch List are deleted. If all items in a DRL are removed, the entire DRL is deleted.

  • Release for items on Open DRL: Items in DRLs where the value in the Status field is Open are deleted. If all items in a DRL are removed, the entire DRL is deleted.

  • Release for items on Unprocessed Pick List: Items in picking lists where the value in the Status field is Open are deleted. If all items in a picking list are deleted, the entire picking list is deleted.

Site MTOs (Included In Run)

The number of site MTOs included in the most recent execution of the material allocation run.

Line Items (Included In Run)

The number of site MTO items included in the most recent execution of the material allocation run.

Weight (Included In Run)

The weight of the site MTO items included in the most recent execution of the material allocation run.

Fully Allocated

The percentage and number of site MTOs, site MTO items, or weight of site MTO items that are fully allocated in the most recent execution of a material allocation run.

Partially Allocated

The percentage and number of site MTOs, site MTO items, or weight of site MTO items that are partially allocated in the most recent execution of a material allocation run.

Total Allocated

The percentage and number of site MTOs, site MTO items, or weight of site MTO items that are allocated in total in the most recent execution of a material allocation run.

Not Allocated

The percentage and number of site MTOs, site MTO items, or weight of site MTO items that are not yet allocated in the most recent execution of a material allocation run.

Previously Allocated

The percentage and number of site MTOs, site MTO items, or weight of site MTO items that were previously allocated and placed in DRLs prior to the most recent execution of a material allocation run.

Include Materials that are at least

The method to determine the stage of the procurement flow at which an item becomes available for inclusion in a material allocation run. The values are as follows:

  • On Stock: Only items that are currently available in stock are available for inclusion in a material allocation run. The On Stock option is the only option available when you execute reservation runs.

  • In Transit: Only items that are currently available in stock and items that are in transit are available for inclusion in a material allocation run.

  • Ordered At Supplier: Only items that are currently available in stock, items that are in transit, and items in an issued purchase order are available for inclusion in a material allocation run.

  • On Issued TMR: Items that are currently available in stock, items that are in transit, items in an issued purchase order, and items in an issued technical material requisition are available for inclusion in a material allocation run.

Include Overissue Stock

Indicates that overissued items are included in a material allocation run, for allocation to site MTOs.

Delivery Cut-off

The date by which an item is expected to be delivered and available in stock for inclusion in a material allocation run.

Requirement Cut-off

The date by which an item in a site MTO is required on site.

Highest Priority to Include

The highest priority number of a material allocation package or a site MTO to include in the material allocation run.

Max MTO Reservations

Maximum MTO reservations: The maximum number of site MTOs to which items can be allocated in a material allocation run.

Max MTO Line Reservations

Maximum MTO line reservations: The maximum number of site MTO items to which items can be allocated in a material allocation run.

Max Weight of Reservations

Maximum weight of reservations: The maximum weight of items that can be allocated in a material allocation run.

Requirement Date (MTO)

The date by when the items in a site MTO are required as defined in the site MTO.

Priority (Pckg)

Priority (Package): The priority number assigned to a material allocation package related to a material allocation run.

Requirement Date (Pckg)

The date by when the items in a material allocation package are required as defined in the material allocation package.

Site Id

The ID of a site related to a material allocation run.

Delivery Designation

The ID of a delivery designation related to a site MTO included in a material allocation run.

SI: Indicates the allocation status for all site MTOs included in an allocation run. The values are:

  • Green: The items related to a material allocation run are completely allocated.

  • Yellow: The items related to a material allocation run are partially allocated.

  • Red: No items are allocated to a material allocation run.

  • White: The items related to a material allocation run are allocated in previous material allocation runs or manually added to a DRL in the s21001 Delivery Request Lists screen.

  • Purple: All the items related to a material allocation run are excluded.

MC

Material Category: The ID of a material category of an item related to a material allocation run.

Item Id

The ID of an item related to a material allocation run.

Description

The description of an item related to a material allocation run.

Required Qty

Required Quantity: The required quantity of an item related to a material allocation run.

Unit

The unit of measure for an item related to a material allocation run.

Allocated Qty

The quantity of an item allocated to a site MTO during a material allocation run. If an item is excluded, then the value in the Allocated Qty field is zero.

Allocated (On Hand)

The quantity of an item available in stock and allocated to a site MTO during a material allocation run. If an item is excluded, then the value in the Allocated (On Hand) field is zero.

Allocated (Undeliv.)

Allocated (Undelivered): The quantity of an undelivered item allocated to a site MTO during a material allocation run. If an item is excluded, then the value in the Allocated (Undeliv) field is zero.

Allocated (Overissue)

The quantity of an item allocated to a site MTO using previously overissued items. If an item is excluded, then the value in the Allocated (Overissue) field is zero.

Previously Allocated Quantity

The quantity of an item previously allocated to a site MTO or added to a DRL before the execution of a material allocation run.

Outs Qty

Outstanding quantity: The quantity of an item that is not yet allocated to a site MTO during a material allocation run.

Initial Holding Qty

Initial holding quantity: The quantity of an item available at the beginning of a material allocation run.

Holding Qty After Run

Holding quantity after run: The quantity of an item available after the completion of a material allocation run.

Unit Wgt

Unit weight: The weight of one unit of an item in a material allocation run.

Tot Wgt

Total weight: The total weight of an item in a material allocation run.

Material Ordered On

The date when an item related to a material allocation run was ordered.
