Transfer TMR changes to an RFQ

Transfer the changes made in a Technical Material Requisition (TMR) position to a Request For Quote (RFQ) to ensure the RFQ reflects the latest approved modifications done for the TMR position.

  1. Navigate to the s50019 Request for Quote screen.

  2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  3. In the Request for Quote Header grid, select a row.

  4. On the s50019 menu, in the View Information group, select TMR Changes to Existing RFQ.

    The w017 Transfer TMR changes to RFQ wizard appears.

  5. In the Accept TMR Changes Into RFQ page, in the grid, select a row.

  6. Select one of the following:

    • Accept all: To transfer the changes from all the TMR positions to the selected RFQ.

    • Accept: To transfer the changes from the selected TMR position to the selected RFQ.

  7. In the Transfer Options section, perform any of the following as required:

    • To transfer the changes in documents delivered along with the TMR position, select Include Documents.

    • To transfer the changes in fields and links attached to the TMR position, select Include Attachments.

  8. Select Next.

    The Change Summary page appears.

  9. View all the changes accepted into the RFQ and then select Finish.

    The changes from the TMR are transferred to the RFQ.
