Set the transfer quantity for an item from s60027

Transfer quantity is the number of units of an item transferred from the source location to another location. Set the transfer quantity for all items, selected items, or the items for which the Quantity field is empty.

1. Navigate to the s60027 Material Transfer screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the From Stock Location grid, select a row.

4. On the s60027 menu, in the Material Transfer Options group, from the Set Transfer Quantity dropdown, perform one of the following:

   • To set the transfer quantity for all the items, select All Material.

   • To set the transfer quantity for the selected items, select All Selected Material.

   • To set the transfer quantity for items for which the Quantity field is empty, select All Material without Quantity.

   For each item, in the From Stock Location grid, in the General tab, the value in the Material Holding field is copied to the Quantity field.

5. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
