Load approvals

Filter approval concepts and quickly access the approval concepts in the Approval Overview grid.

1. Navigate to the s00054 Approval Overview screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. On the s00054 menu, in the Actions group, select any of the following based on your requirements:

   • As an administrator, select any of the following:

     • All Approvals: To load all the approval concepts assigned to all users.

     • All Outstanding Approvals: To load all the approval concepts assigned to all users for which approval is pending.

   • As a user, select any of the following:

     • My Approvals: To load all the approval concepts assigned to you.

     • My Outstanding Approvals: To load all the approval concepts assigned to you for which approval is pending.

       In the Approval Overview grid, the relevant approval concepts appear.
