Register an included certificate from s60028

Included certificates are the additional certificates which cannot be directly linked to an item in a delivery note position. You can package several documents and certificates into a single material certificate. You can also register an included certificate using the s60003 Certificates and Charge screen. To register a material certificate, see Register a material certificate from s60028.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, complete the following:

In the Delivery Note grid, in the General tab, perform the following:

In the Rec Type field, ensure the value is not Shipping Note Receipt.

In the Receipt Status field, ensure the value is not READY or RECEIVED.

For a delivery note, in the Position grid, perform any the following:

For a delivery note of receipt type Free Receipt, in the Free Issue Material tab, in the Free Issue Material grid, perform the following:

In the General tab, in the Received Qty field, ensure a value is defined.

In the Material Details tab, ensure a row exists for which the value in the Certificate Id field is defined.

For a delivery note of receipt type PO/MMT Receipt, in the Po Items tab, in the Po items grid, perform the following:

In the General tab, in the Received Qty field, ensure a value is defined.

In the Material Details tab, ensure a row exists for which the value in the Certificate Id field is defined.

To register an included certificate from s60028
-
Navigate to the s60028 Stock item Delivery Registration screen.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Delivery Note grid, select a row.

In the Position grid, perform one of the following:

If the receipt type of the delivery note is PO/MMT Receipt, in the Po Items tab, in the Po Items grid, select a row.

If the receipt type of the delivery note is Free Receipt, in the Free Issue Material tab, in the Free Issue Material grid, select a row.

On the s60028 menu, in the Position Details group, select Register Certificate.
The d0089 Register Certificate dialog appears.

In the Certificate section, select a row.

In the Included Certificates section, select Create.

In the grid, in the Certificate Id field, enter the ID of the certificate.
Note: To register multiple included certificates, repeat step 6 and 7.

(Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s60028 Field descriptions.

On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
The included certificate is registered.
