Create a delivery designation

For a project, in a material control section within a site, a delivery designation is a specific location where the material take-off items are delivered.

1. Navigate to the s22012 Delivery Designations screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the required project ID.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

   In the Delivery Designations grid, a blank row is created.

5. Select the General tab and enter the relevant details in the following fields:

   • Delivery Designation: The unique number to identify a delivery designation.

     Ensure you enter a whole number greater than zero.

   • Description: The description of the delivery designation.

6. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s22012 Field descriptions.

7. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

   The delivery designation is created.
