Define a language for a project standard text

When referencing a project standard text, maintain the display of the correct language by creating language dependent text for each standard text.

1. Navigate to the s40004 Project Standard Texts screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the required project ID.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Standard Texts grid, select a row.

5. Select anywhere in the Language grid.

6. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

   In the Language grid, a blank row is created.

7. Select the General tab and perform the following:

   1. From the Language dropdown, select the required language code.

   2. In the Text field, enter the text you want to display in relevant documents.

      Note: To define multiple languages for a standard text, repeat steps 6 and 7.

8. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
