Common fields in the screen

Field

Description

SI

Status Indicator: Indicates the status of a record related to validation errors, warnings, and updates.

Defined By

The ID of a user who created a record.

Defined At

The date and time when a record was created.

Updated By

The ID of a user who updated a record.

Updated At

The date and time when a record was updated.

Multipurpose fields for storing company specific attributes.

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Description

Store / warehouse

The unique ID of store.

Description

The description of a store.

Status

Indicates the status of a store. If the Status checkbox is selected, the store is available for use throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.

User Specific

Indicates a store is only available for the users assigned to the store.

Site Id

The ID of a site related to a store.

Check Interval

The time interval (in days) to verify the materials stored in all the locations related to a store. The number of days in a time interval also includes the non-working days of a calendar. You can verify the materials using the cycle count method defined in the s60019 Inventory Checking screen.

The following table describes the fields in the Users tab.

User Id

The ID of a user assigned to a store.

Name

The name of a user assigned to a store.

Location Id

The unique ID of a location related to a store.

Description

The description of a location related to a store.

Status

Indicates the status of a location. If the Status checkbox is selected, the location is available for use throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.

Quarantine

Indicates a location is a quarantine location. Materials stored in a quarantine location are unavailable for production and are not included in the available materials to be reserved or issued in a delivery request list, dynamic material allocation, picking list, and so on.

Check Interval

The time interval (in days) to verify the materials stored in a location. The number of days in a time interval also includes the non-working days of a calendar. You can verify the materials using the cycle count method defined in the s60019 Inventory Checking screen.

If you define a time interval in the Check Interval field of a location, the time interval defined in the Check Interval field of the store related to the location is overwritten. If you do not define a time interval in the Check Interval field of a location, the time interval defined in the Check Interval field of the store related to the location is considered.

Last Check Date

The last date on which the materials are verified or the last scheduled cycle count was completed. You can determine the next date of the cycle count or the next date on which the materials are verified by adding the number of days defined in the Check Interval field to the date defined in the Last Check Date field.
