Update the status of a delivery note to received from s60028

Update the receipt status of a delivery note to RECEIVED. You cannot modify a delivery note after the delivery note is received. However, you can cancel or delete the quantity for an item in a delivery note using the s60002 Change Goods Receipt screen. After a delivery note is received, the items in a receipt are available for use.

Prerequisites
Before you begin, complete the following:

Ensure you have the Can Do Stock Receive or Full Access UI rights to the s60028 Stock item Delivery Registration screen. For more information on how to define UI access rights, see Assign UI rights to a user role.

In the Delivery Note grid, in the General tab, in the Receipt Status field, ensure the value is QC/CMPL or READY.
To update the status of a delivery note to received from s60028

Navigate to the s60028 Stock item Delivery Registration screen.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Delivery Note grid, select a row.

On the s60028 menu, in the Workflow group, from the Workflow dropdown, select Received.
In the Delivery Note grid, in the General tab, the value in the Receipt Status field is updated to RECEIVED.

(Optional) To undo the workflow update, on the s60028 menu, in the Workflow group, from the Workflow dropdown, select Undo workflow actions.

To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
